I created my artwork in recognition of the upcoming Father's Day celebrated on Sunday, June 16, 2024. My art shows a silhouetted father and his son spending quality time together in a park setting. This is a 'Special Father' raising his child who has a physical disability. Children need so much more than just the financial support that a father provides. Fathers also need to be present physically, emotionally, and spiritually for their children or child, regardless of the circumstances- health wise- that their child/children experiences. I used the Paint program on my computer to produce my art. I wish all the fathers at ArtWanted- Staff and Members- to have a Happy and Blessed Father's Day.
