I've mentioned it before, pic to painting, or pic to paint. What is it? Originally it was to make art out of photos that turned out bad, see if I could improve it in some way. PS over the years has had tools to use to make that happen. Much easier to do these days, but today I did it the old way. Here we have the photo, nothin wrong with it, but gonna do something anyway. In PS under the filter gallery is a choice to Stylize, and then a choice to 'find edges' Choose that and see pic 2
