This is a coloured pencil drawing of Sam, who is a lion at Knowsley Safari Park. If you are wondering what he was watching.....He was keeping a very close eye on his ladies. Sam is a wonderful looking creature, who I would love to paint a portrait of at some point. I feel honoured to have been close enough to photograph him.
