Spotted on the wall of the club I go to play table tennis. I decided the situation on the board was quite peculiar. Have you ever been in one like this?

I've been scrolling thru your Art gallery, some of it I find very interesting & Unique , this particular one I really don't understand it, as I play chess but I'm not sure what this is telling me, I'm interested to know.

Artist Reply: Al, I saw this while leaving the table tennis club where I practice three times a week. They used to give a chess class, hence the board. No idea who created this combunation but it looked funny to me. Thank you!

I'm not good at chess, Nikolay but looks like someone's not playing by the rules . Guess that's not surprising . Perhaps Mr Spassky can help : ) Cool photo !

Looks like the group on the bottom has a better defensive line, Nikolay. Very tight. Nice find in 'the wild.' :)
