Artist Reply: The sewers is a huge issue for Rosto as they ar th first to get clogged with fallen leaves or other trash. Hence the downtown area gest impassable at once, Luckily, my home is on the hilly side of the city. Thank you! Hope your weekend ios running most conveniently and comfortably.
