hoi mieke, je kunt erg goed schilderen, er sluimert zelfs hier en daar wat van lucian freud in, maar ik vind de onderwerpen nogal oubollig. in die zin vind ik dit schilderij dan wat sterker, met name qua spanning en compositie. je zou met je talent meer kunnen als het allemaal wat spannender, of megalomaner werd. span eens een doek van 4 bij 6 en doe eens wat gedurfts!

Hello Mieke, thanks for your comment - the NL-portion of my friends is growing steadily ;-) You state to be an expressionist - I've got an impressionistic approach but as I realize, we've got a lot in common in a way of perception. This painting again is an outstanding work!!
