Wow!!! I think one of the most difficult things in drawing with pencil (or most other mediums for that matter) is to capture a babies face. Because their faces are so flawless, with no character lines or anything, so the shading is a tricky thing to pull off. Wonderful job on this one.
This portrait sure brings back memories for me. Keeping track of that darned pacifier! Sensational work. The expression in this child is absolutely perfect.
