Katrina Hi very good RV

Artist Reply: Thank you, this was one of my very first tries at drawing at all. It is huge. I took an art class at the college just for the credit I needed for a degree in something else and fell in love with art.

This must be a new one Katrina? I didn't notice it before. It reminds me of my "lantern" picture. I sketched a young woman, wearing a hooded, long flowing robe. (& the long flowing hair) She was holding the lantern up to guide her way thru the dark. This is another one that "stood out" for me. I hope you continue to display your work Katrina. You have the heart of an artist. When I see peices like this, I'm inspired to give it a go again. Sincerely, Alli

Very expressive.. a lot of different textures.. tonnes of 'feeling' to this work! Nicely done! :o)

Artist Reply: ignorance is bliss on this piece, lol It was my first day in the advanced class after only haveing taken drawing one, the six other students had studied all over or taken art for years, I was the "newbie" by far and stayed late that night to at least fit in some, I stole the brown from an easle next to me,lol. shhhh don't tell

Lovley shapes and forms and nice in muted colors.

Artist Reply: Thank you very much!

Very nice composition with muted color yet well honed contrast.

Artist Reply: Thank You for the detailed compliment. I did this one night late but never stood back to take a look at it, when I left the art room and went to shut out the lights I saw it for the first time, Hooked for life that second. My hands actually did that? This is the feeling I go for now over and over. Sometimes I get it and sometimes I just don't.

Artist Reply: Thank You, did you have to click it to open the image? If so I am sorry, tried every way I know to fix that and couldn't.
