This is wonderful, Wilson! No matter how old I get, I can never forget the warmth and secureness I felt within the loving embrace of my great Aunt's( who raised me) arms! Your wonderful painting evokes those ever-comforting thoughts! Be well!! ^_^

Artist Reply: Thanks so much Steve!! I hope that I can one day translate all teh emotion to my pieces that I feel when doing them. Maybe some day!! Thanks for your support and encouragement!!

Love the feel of this one. The soft blending of the pastels help make it feel loving and memorable. Great use of colors and the folds in the cloth bring it all together. Wonderful illustration. Can't wait to see more.

a powerful image capturing the basic human emotion of fear and relieving fear, as grandmothers have done for ages.
