This is a photo I took while out today. The fluffy bush in the front is called a bottle brush tree. (Like the kind you use to scrub out a baby bottle). The yellow tree flowering in the back is a native desert tree, called a Palo Verde ("green Tree"), it's bark has a green color to it. It's SPring in the desert, and I wanted to start to show some of the beauty. I couldn't get any closer to this bush for a close up, I'm allergic to this kind in particular. I had to settle for a zoom shot from my car. SOmtimes the blooms on the bush can get longer than your fingers and are very pretty.

Terry, how great a photography and the depth of field perfect. The lens work perfect and the bottle brush right in your hand, the subtle use of the coloring of the ree in the background very clever. A great bit of photography, Terry. i LOVE it. miguelcorry stuart 23 Apr 2006
