El mascaron desprendido o. La sirena que busca las calidas costas Marbellíes para descansar del salitre y el Yodo de todos los Mares. ¿Porqué no buscando a nuestra Ana Obregon para que le presente a su gente..? Saludos . José

I looked through most of your work and appreciated your talent. This painting truck the most in my mind, It is fantastic fantasy, great colors love the mermaid. Is it watercolor? Also I thank you for commenting on my painting. Emmy

Artist Reply: Thank you for commenting, Emilia (Spanish name:-) About this image, no watercolor, only photos and one clipart (boat). It was a complex process: multiple layers and filters, color manipulation. People usually see mermaids in the most romantic way: beautiful women, etc... I tried to do an approach to real essence of myth: the beautiful mermaids' faces are only a fake. For sailors and fishermen, the real face is that of death. This is why I put a skull and the shark tail. Sorry about the censored breasts (AW rules about nudity, you know)
