This was a chipmunk that lived in my backyard. I took a video of him, I was so excited. The next day I heard the screeching sound of a Red-tailed Hawk, just then I saw the bird take off and a piece of white fluff floating down to the ground...I was sick and sad, but that is Nature. this painting is 2.5" x 3.5" SOLD Delia Pacheco©

Yes tooo sad...too sad. can hardly stand it. Still does not make it easy to just smile and go on...the world can be very cruel and saying that is just nature does not help me anyway. Just makes me more confused and lost. I do not understand a world that cannibalizes itself. Eats itself up every where at the price of the gentle and meek calling it natural selection. This is a sweet and endearing work, however.Jerry 13 Feb 2007
