Where I rest on my walk

This is where I sit after climbing steep cobblestone hills to look at the town from the top of the street. Lovely to see such happy people on vacation. A spiritual renewal. "There is only one religion, though there are a hundred versions of it." Quote by George Bernard Shaw, Paintograhy by Michael Forbus

Its been said before Michael but your work is soothing to the eye's. Your home must be like a health farm for tired & weary eye's to recover from the daily grind.

Artist Reply: Robin, my home is full of peace and some of my earlier paintings covering the walls. Plain and simple and very quiet and peaceful. I am glad to see you doing such great work. All the peace and quiet comes from inside and allows the art to flow. Michael

I would love to rest there too!!!.. so peaceful!!!

Artist Reply: Monique, thank you so very much. I did several springs as commissions for the city I live in and several Heritage Homes and these are some of them. They are so elegant and sweet and each one has a spring coming from Alaska beneath the garden. The town was built around the healing waters. My gratitude for your kind words. Michael

What a beautiful environment you live in, Michael. The flowers are wonderful!

Artist Reply: All those gardens I posted are tended by a master gardener who loves plants as much as I do. There are about 12 springs and they are all planted so lushly. Great to take a walking tour of them. So all the glory goes to Don E. the master of gardening. My thanks to you for your kind and gracious words. You are very sweet to comment. Michael
