The painting is acrylic on a linen covered wood panel 28" x 28". The viewer is looking across Magnolia Avenue towards the railroad tracks a block away and the levee between the town and the Maury River. The wooded rise beyond that is parkland and it abounds with deer year around. The first snow is usually a wet one and seems to get plowed late. Awaiting attention it creates its own light fog in the damp mid-morning air.
