I went for a hike today! I was getting a bit discouraged. I hadnt seen much other than a dragonfly. When much to my delight, this little guy appeared!

My what a hairy one he is! I know they can be mean and troublesome but they are like kitties to me... OH so cuddly looking. Ok I came out now wheres the food!! LOL. Love em both Jodi, awesome images!

Artist Reply: I raised a 2 week old last year. We got her thru the bottle stage and then rehabed her to go back into the woods. She was such a doll. Quite lovey and I cried when she was released but alas, she belongs with her own. Loggers had cut down her tree (nest) mom didnt make it and a friend brought her to me. Boy the 2 hour feedings were tiring but the joy of helping her was awsome. I was suprised this guy seemed so sweet. I have a nother shot to post so have a look!
