Theses wild flowers are abundent right now around the property and Kira complements them beautifully.

So beautiful! Both Kira and the flora -- the surround of your back yard? This is "just" a detail? You certainly know how to crop superbly! I must find the rest. The fade-out border is perfect for this "detail," too. And I must confess, Deborah, that I am quite new to ArtWanted, and had just "searched" to go to Anneke Hut's FLOCK, one of my favorite paintings. As this view of Kira came onto the screen, I first thought she as a sheep because of my expectations! Please do not tell her -- unless she has a wonderful sense of humor and no identity problems, which I'll bet she does! I'll come back to your gallery soon. I expect that I'll find many wonderful and heart-felt pictures there, as well as evidence that Kira's self-worth has been superbly nurtured. Peace, etc., Bruce Combs

Artist Reply: Hi welcome to AW. Yes this is in my yard and i did crop it some. And i can see seeing a sheep at first glance, she is not a traditional dog shape and she would get a chuckle out of it as she is quite laid back. And VERY secure in that she the queen of her world!
