I started this by pasting some wrapping paper over part of the Canvas and then applied paste over the top of it; gives a rumpled effect. I had planned to have some of the paper showing, but I painted all over it with Metallic Acrylics, glitter acrylics and hologram sticker tape, and the flowers you see. I could not get a very good photo of this. In person, it is really beautiful, and from different angles you see different shades and sheens. In just these 2 photos, you can see the change in the color appearance; 2nd one looks more blue and 1st one more red. I had a fun time creating this “Wild Painting” doing things that I have thought about, but had not yet tried. I hope that you enjoy my “Fantasy Garden”! Thank you, Nira, for this Challenge. I hope you all have a year filled with love, and may you live your dreams, get wild and create with abandon in 2010!
