Transformers in Ink

This was drawn and inked in about 1994 and the photo taken in about 2003. The original piece was lost in 2005. This was one of the pieces I was most proud of. I worked on it in high school, and had a few classmates offer to buy it, but I couldn't let it go. Unfortunately, it was lost with the rest of my portfolio. It started out as a doodle, then with some direction of my art teacher, moved into its final form.

It's a shame about the history of the artwork. My mother used to regularly throw out my artwork. I know how you feel.

Artist Reply: I'm sorry that happened to you as well. It's such a personal thing, it really is like losing a piece of yourself. I can't prove it, but I suspect my artwork was "lost" for me by a family member.
