We can assume that reality, including the imagination, can be anything that exists. If reality is destroyed or altered, so is the fantasy. It is my hope that deterring extinction can help salvage the imagination! Using micro-waste that I accumulated on my travels in Barcelona, I developed a short series to give perspective to the massive issue of waste and extinction. Most items saved for these works contained plastic or other mediums that were not recyclable such as wrist bands, champagne labels, and even shopping bags.
