19" x 13" oval. Hand sketched from photo, inlaid in traditional stone to stone mosaic technique. Very rare blue-green Calcite, Black Orca Marble, Tan Devonian age marble, pure white Marble and trimmed with a Red and Grey Quartz. The Red Calcite was from a contact zone of Iron to White Marble, the Grey Marble from a contact zone of White Marble to carbon. The portrait is also a beautiful mineral collection.
