piece of scrap wood

5" x 5 1/2" piece of scrap wood. I kept this piece of wood that I painted on from when I lived in California . Wasn't sure what the heck I was going to do with it , but I knew I had to take it with me. It was packed away in one of my boxes from the move and just found it now : )

A hint on the Ancient Egypt culture due to those strips around the head. Contagious smile a bit value here

He virtually radiates joy, Dave. Yeah, I have pieces and bits around going back decades. I just 'know' I'll find a use for them some day. And, sometimes, I do. :)

Artist Reply: I'm so glad you got that reaction, Charles : ) I had a deep down smile myself after I unwrapped it . And you're right, those pieces and bits can fit in like a missing piece to a puzzle. But for right now, that smile did me some dare I say, spiritual good . Hope all is well : )
