A Hawaiian Cardinal — Maui Wildlife Photography A familiar splash of color among Maui's tropical landscapes, the cardinal is one of the island's most recognizable birds. Its striking appearance and lively personality make it a wonderful subject for wildlife photography. Photographed on Maui, Hawai?i, this image is part of my ongoing exploration of the island's birds, wildlife, and natural environments. I'm Theron Peck, a Maui-based photographer and creator of Peck Photography Art. My work celebrates the landscapes, ocean, wildlife, and everyday moments that make Hawai?i extraordinary.
