Pain

This is an afghan refugee child I found on www.afghanpeace.ca I also found out this: How is it like to be an Afghan Child? Afghanistan has the fourth highest level of malnutrition in the world. One in 10 Afghan children are severely malnourished, more than half suffer from stunted growth, and one in every four children dies before age five. The victims are everywhere, but the killers are nowhere to be seen. Each month, 150 to 300 Afghanistan, many of them children, are killed by mines and Unexploded Ordnance. Out of 4 million young Afghans attending school, only one-quarter are girls. Outside of Kabul, only nine per cent of girls under 18 go to school. Every dollar spent gives 2 cups of food. There are 17 million refugees world wide. where you can help: http://www.unhcr.ch/ www.afghanpeace.ca
