Can't fit a cap on that head!

Another villainous creation... THE HEADMASTER, is a formidable telepath and mental genius. His body, mutated and atrophied since birth, causing him to resent "normal" society. He has created a cybernetic exo-suit, which allows for mobility and protection for his fragile body, preferring to "hover" above others than to walk beside them as equals.
