I like this piece as well as your other one I commented. Judgeing from the water effect you did this in Adobe. The coloring is nice as is the facial expression. She truely is a lovely character. ^_^ Yet for Artistic critisism I have to point out that the right shoulder is out of proportion and it's hard to make out what her hand is doing. aside from this your feel for anatomy is greatly improving, keep it up.
