This is a portrait I just updated from an earlier version. I used my Wacom tablet and stylus both times, using Painter Classic the first time and adding more details now using Painter IX software. I started the original portrait from a blank canvas/screen, not a photo manipulation. Fernando is a quiet very sweet natured boy. He is prone to quiet fits of giggles and makes close friends with those he choses to. He opens up sometimes and will talk up a storm, just if he is in the mood. He likes to observe everything around him with his incredible big brown eyes. Always eager to help others, and give comfort to a hurt firend. One interest he really loves is art. He will create with legos, blocks, clays, recyle trash items all sorts of things. He will draw and paint and do quite detailed pictures. He loved to sit and watch me draw, and would try to copy each step as I outlined what he'd or a friend asked how to draw. He was very observant and could throw in extra little touches to make his own unique style, clever little guy. I can so see him having a million girls falling in love with him from his sweet nature to his adorable face and eyes without him even being aware of it. He's a humble guy. I hope he never changes.
