Queen - Black Queen / White Queen

circa 1974:
Fresh out of the gate - this is the upstart, hard rock, heavy metal, will-not- be-denied band
in their youthful, Black Queen/White Queen days.

I saw the band's 6th gig in the US.
In 1974 they were the support act to headliners Mott The Hoople at the Orpheum in Boston.
The opening act was better than the main event.

This work was peppered with 15 Freddie Mercurys ( all in black, or white, or black and white ),
to suggest the jackrabbit that he was on stage.

stats:
started 1976
- (shelved next 16 years) -
completed aug 28, 1992

Wow! You do Queen too?.. we have similar tastes, I think. I love this one- Freddy looks amazing, as always, and even the little noticed John Deacon gets the attention he deserves. Wonderful work!
