Ballet Art- Leap of Faith

Painting in Acrylic on canvas textured paper,14x10 inches. 'Leap of Faith' is inspired by a recent personal spiritual experience which has touched me deeply, simply by believing. The bible talks about the leap of faith, and indeed, every dancer experiences his or her moments of taking that step which will eventually make such a difference in their performance. And yes, I want to choose to believe and hope which I try to portray with the quiet grace and sweet serenity surrounding the ballerina who is taking that leap.
