Final Project for Btec Foundation Diploma in Art and Design. 8 feet wide by 6 feet high, two canvas panels. I chose to illustrate Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, specifically the Mearas Shadowfax, and Theoden King's mount, Snowmane. Part of my reasoning for the size was to attempt an illustration that matched the size of the world Toklien created... (and there were limits on how big I was allowed to go...)
