This painting of a Waco biplane was quite a labor of love. When we pulled it from the hangar, I observed all the details by photographing each side of the plane. Then I assembled the painting as a drawing from the photos I took on that day. The background is really from Key West. When we were down there, I went wild photographing the many sunsets there so I had to use that in this painting.
