Kathie Nichols is a new emerging artist/ photographer living on the Gold Coast. With no formal training in Art or Photography, Kathie has developed an unusual and artistic eye for finding abstract, textures and designs in Nature, as well as urban Grunge. Kathie has found a unique way of creating visual art that both stimulates the mind and the imagination of the viewer Using her camera as her paint brush, Kathie composes her photos to reflect an Abstract Impressionist style of Art.
Kathie enjoys a balance of photography, painting and designing. Her abstract photography continues to inspire her to create beautiful works of Art and Designs. Following her intuition, every day is different in her creative expression. Always looking for a challenge, a new style or medium to experiment with, so much yet to explore and create.
