I received my BFA in textiles in 1998 from Georgia State University. My independent study was in silk painting. After college and having two children I have focused on drawing. Pencil portraits seem to be what I do most now. I am currently obtaining my MAT in Art Education from North Georgia College and State University. I teach drawing courses at Gainesville State College at their continuing education department.
