Although I had dabbled previously it wasn't until March of 2007 that I began to take photography seriously after being given my camera as a birthday present. Since then it has almost taken over my life and I love it. I've discovered that I seem to have quite a good "eye". I enjoy the actual process of taking a photograph since it is almost meditative. Currently my favourite subjects are trees, cemeteries and architecture.
