Original Post: ArtWanted Down Time - October 2025

Over the last few days, our website has experienced periods of down time and some unexpected errors. Many members were not able to upload new images, post comments or other actions. We apologize for this inconvenience that it may have caused you.

There were two different problems that caused these issues. One of them, which was with our 3rd party hosting provider, has been resolved. The second issue is a smaller one and only affects a small number of users. This problem is happening with one of our technology partners and outside of our control, but we are monitoring it, and it should be resolved soon.

If you tried to upload an image in the last few days and it failed, those images should now be showing in your portfolio. If you don’t see an image you wanted to upload, we suggest you try again now and it should post to your portfolio.

We will continue to monitor these issues and work on solutions to reduce these things from happening again in the future. Thank you for understanding and for being part of ArtWanted.
