I feel your pain! I'm still waiting on a book order since November 9th. No sign of it yet! When they renewed my membership I replied to their email and mentioned my book order.... they said they would look into it but I've heard nothing since. I have no intentions of promoting my books for other people to buy them through AW because I am ashamed of the service. Good Luck!

Dear AW Staff.. I purchased my first book published with you on October, 29, 2025. It has still not come. I have not even one detail about what happened with my order. In fact, I sent 3 e.mails to AW, but no one replied just yet... And so what do I have to understand. I remember well AW of 20 years ago sevices, each mail was replied. Since I wish to order more of my AW books.. How can I do so if my first book order did not arrive, and there is no information about it. I paid 55 dollars, including shipment... just by the way. What is going on, AW ??? Thank you so much for the reply.
