New Art Contest Cash Prizes!

One of the popular features of ArtWanted is the art and photography contests that we have on a regular basis (usually monthly). We would love to see even more participation in these contests from our members, so we are now giving away even more prize money!

In the past, we gave a small cash prize to the 1st place winner only. We have increased our prize pool and are now giving away cash prizes to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners for every contest going forward.

NEW CONTEST PRIZES:

1st Place - $15 USD cash
2nd Place - $10 USD cash
3rd Place - $5 USD cash

If you are chosen as a winner in a contest, we will deposit the prize winnings into your personal ArtWanted bank account. You can then use those funds to purchase products and services from ArtWanted, or request a check/Venmo/PayPal payment for your winnings.

HOW ARE THE WINNERS CHOSEN?

Winners are selected by the voting of all members on each art contest. Each contest has a weeklong voting period, after the contest deadline has ended. During the voting period, each ArtWanted member has the option to vote for each entry and rate it from a 1-10 score. Each vote also earns the member 3 activity points. After the voting period ends, all scores are calculated, and the winners are notified via email. We also display all the contest entries on the contest page, sorted from the highest ranked to the lowest.
