ThumbNail Crits Please

The folded leg is bothering me...I think it isn't quite at the right angle and is a bit too long. Maybe only I am seeing this. This pose is just what I am getting blindly here (what I am seeing in my mind's eye, no models). This is a thumbnail on tracing paper almost ready for transfer. Help!!

I like it Terrell. I see what you're saying about the folded leg. If you unfolded it, it would be much longer from the knee to the ankle then the other. Nice job!

That's what I'm seeing...they don't quite match up. I'll make it shorter, like the foot would be actually under the other leg and part of the foot could be sticking out.

Thank you

The only thing I see if you want critical is ...one foot is bigger than the other, but aren't most extremities that way.

You could do what I do with my wood sculptures...put yourself in that position and observe.

it like it..your syle reminds me kinda like disney but more exegerated...with the leg..hmmm...it looks a bit off...is she siting on it or is it just tucked under other leg?....either slide it back a bit so shes more ballenced on it or move it forward a bit and make other leg bent upward to compensate for leg under it...i dunno

Terrell, This is beautiful work. If you keep her folded knee where it is, then move the rest of that leg toward her left knee, then tuck her foot under the left knee where the right foot wraps partly around and under her left knee, it should take care of the length, and remove the look that she is sitting on that leg. LOL I did fudge it up! hahahaha

Not bad for guessing, I suppose....I will post two more tries either tonight or tomorrow and see what you all think of that....if you don't hear from me, the cable got snipped (Cable connection) and I will be back on next Friday,LOL

can't thank you guys enough

I sit like this a lot; not sitting on the leg, but the ankle is tucked under the back of the knee and the foot sticks out the other side. I'll try in front of a mirror...duh! I am so out of practice with animation; the mirror is like an essential tool (I've got small ones here)! *blush*

The way the leg is drawn, the upper part should be showing a bit I think

I like her sitting on the 'shroom, but like the position in the last version best. Very nice figures!
