ArtWanted.com Apology

We want to take the time to apologize for the lack of response from ArtWanted.com staff recently. As we have mentioned in previous posts, we have been buried with e-mail requests and book shipments lately. Proposed deadlines have been missed and some people have waited weeks for a reply to an e-mail. All we can say is that we are sorry. There has not been enough hours in the day to respond to all of the e-mail we are getting and to do everything else that is required to run ArtWanted.com.

We currently have over 800 e-mails that are still waiting to be read and responded to from our staff and we are getting to them as quickly as possible. We hope to be all caught up by the end of next week and have things back to normal. If you have written us recently and have not received a reply, we will get to you very soon.

We also wanted to mention that we mailed dozens of checks to artists today, which covers all money owed to any artist that has sold anything on our site. Most of these checks were cut within our 30 day window of time, but there were a few artists that have waited longer than this. To these people, we apologize and want everyone else to know that it will never happen again.

On a positive note, we have a ton of great things planned for ArtWanted.com in upcoming year. We have listened to your suggestions and will be launching many of them in the next few months. We also want to let you know that we will be getting a new server for ArtWanted.com next month that will improve server performance and allow us to continue to expand at the rate we are currently growing.

Again we want to thank you for your membership, support and patience.

Have a great new year and look forward to many new improvements to ArtWanted!

An appology is worth a a thousand pictures - it says more about the heart and soul than anything. Thank you for speaking and acting. I am grateful for this site and for the many people an opportunities you are bringing.

We are all human and errors and delays can be expected. A heartfelt apology is a gift. Thank you.
