Titled: PIXIES IN PAISLEY-- I've had this sketch for the longest time and this was the prefect opportunity to complete it. Done in Pigma Micron and Prismacolor fine liner pens in assorted point sizes. Though both have black ink--there is a bit of difference between the Micron and Prismacolor pens wherein the latter has a bit of bluish cast to it. This can be seen when used together on a single art piece--based on my experience when both brands were used on this illustration.

The image below has been drawn on to cartridge paper with a o.3 waterproof black Unipen, with white areas left, and scanned into my computer at a high resolution.

Re-imagined re-creation of the Action Comics #1 cover by DC comics (1938), Superman's debut, in Hanna-Barbera style. This comic book cover original artwork depicts the full Scooby-Doo gang running away from one of their worst foes, the Space Ghost, who is crashing the Mystery Machine van. The entire list of characters depicted on this cover are (from left to right): Shaggy, Daphne, Fred, the Snow Ghost,Velma, and Scooby-Doo.
