ArtWanted Staff does not answer Support Emails for over 2 Weeks?

Hi there,

I do have an issue with premium membership (annual plan got deducted from credit card although I did NOT activate/order it!) and support does neither answer my emails nor my support ticket that I had opened 12 days ago. I had called my credit card company and they are also waiting on more infos from my side.

What is going on with ArtWanted Staff / Owner?

Customer service is gone…….they used to answer right away……now they don’t bother
