I have always had a passion for art ever since I was a child. Art helps me relax and makes me feel happy. I love working with chalk and oil pastels because the colors are so vibrant. I enjoy drawing people, landscapes, flowers, and whatever else sparks my interest. I also enjoy working with Sculpy clay and I have made many animals with it that I adore.

I took several art classes when I went to high school and in college too. However, the person that inspired me and helped me fall in love with art was my grandmother. She was an amazing oriental, Chinese Brush painter.

I think one of the best things about art is that it opens up your mind to endless possibilities. I think it also challenges one to think "outside of the box" and feel a wide range emotions.

My other love is children. I teach preschool children, and I love helping them express their feelings through art. I'm also a kid at heart.
