A Canadian that was living in Peru for over 10 years, now back in Canada. I have been photographing since 1979 or somewhere around that time frame. Bought my first SLR camera, Yashica TL-E, in the mid 80's then later bought my OM-10. I used to use my FujiFilm Finepix S2500HD compact camera and Olympus OM-10, also still own my Yashica TL-E, which I retired from taking pictures. I sold my Olympus OM-10 camera before I left Peru, including the main accessories and the Tamron 60-300mm Macro lens.
But ended up buying a Olympus OM-D E-M10 when I got back to Canada along with a medium telephoto 40-150 mm manual zoom lens, and ended up getting the Digital ED 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 lens, 64Gb memory card where will never have to replace again. Plenty of room for all the photos. Just this year I decided to add another DSLR to my collection, this one is not mirror-less like my OMD EM10, I have also added 2 lens for my Canon, one being the standard telephoto and a medium telephoto. This should cover most of my landscape photos. Added a new K&F Concept tripod, various extra photographic filters and extra batteries. Have some studio equipment, maybe one day I can do a little still life work again.
Most of my photographs are from Canada and Peru. Also have a small amount from Chile, Germany, Switzerland and USA. I take mostly landscapes (scenic), wildlife, urban jungle, panorama, still life and macro. I use to photograph models in the beginning of my photographic journey. Now with my Finepix S2500HD, I now have been taking panoramic scenes which I do really enjoy. But found it, very challenging to photograph panoramic scenes with water, specially from oceans. No matter how fast you are or how fast your camera is a panoramic of a shoreline is almost impossible to take, specially with waves. And now that I was able to get my DSLR's, I can continue my journey of photographing the great outdoors.
