Artist Bio Valerie Leri
Valerie graduated from U-Mass, Amherst with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in 1982 and she’s been painting ever since. She’s taken various classes over the years to learn and grow in her chosen profession.
Living on Cape Cod, she is inspired by the ocean, beaches, ponds, marshes and beautiful fields and forests that surround her.
She has been interviewed and her work has been shown in Cape Cod Home Magazine. She has won awards for several of her paintings from online galleries. She has had her work exhibited at galleries on Cape Cod, in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is in private collections throughout New England. Her work can be seen in many online galleries, retail shops and arts organizations on Cape Cod.
She is currently displaying her work, more than 80 paintings in many sizes, for the entire month of February in a Solo Exhibition and Sale at an art gallery on Cape Cod.
