Welcome, friends...

I have always loved creating art as far back as I can remember! I am what you would call a "dreamer" - one of those people looking for the beauty in everything I see. Hence the nickname that my Grandfather eternally bestowed upon me - Cloud Nine Girl. I wear it with pride as it reminds me to never lose the sense of awe that every child has as they discover something new. I am largely self taught, though I have periodically taken some enlightening workshop classes that have broadened my horizons. I am partial to faces (especially eyes), flowers of all types, tropical subjects, and architecture. Basically, a little bit of everything... I don't limit myself to one medium - I enjoy working in pencils, ink, pastels, and watercolors. You will see mostly watercolors in my portfolio since that is my current passion!
