Every respect for the artists who use traditional techniques this good. All looks fine but the leaves all around seems the most detailed. They had to be the hardest part. :-)

The treatment of the foliage is creative and the colours are fine. I think that the composition is a bit too busy and the painting lacks a strong, focused point of interest. Maybe if you played with separating the foreground from the background?
