Jerry, this is a beautiful painting with marvelous colors, shapes and details. I am enthralled by it. I know it is based on a very traumatic, sad and devastating subject, but you were about to bring us a lovely work of art from the subject and we can all appreciate that, even with tears in our eyes.

Nifty! I'm sorry for the catastrophe that inspired this...but it's a neat piece of work! I love your texture effect on this - it almost makes it look like you are looking at this with water in your eyes.

In which way we draw, in which way we feel, in which way we see... there is always that little light, in which we shape... our future

Artist Reply: Ben, how poetic and so very true!

t's almost too "friendly" for all that dark mud and devastation ... But I know you're such an optimist... we need that! ----Thanks Jer! ~Love and lots of Light for all these devastated survivors. OLGA

Artist Reply: Olga, thank you so much. I am an optimist and will look for the Cherry Blossoms this Spring!

Artist Reply: Angelina, thank you! It needs to be a little frightening or we won't listen to it and it needs to be a little beautiful or we won't survive it.
