I love this Karan. Sorry O got the impession from your post that it was the guys picture, now I know better. Many young anime artists, seem to forget about other styles, and want to see realism all the time. I just love the energy in this and the colours just shout party.
ok.....I really like a big martini, I like it!, I think its your style, is this realistically approached? Or is your take, style.....its perfect karen :)
Okay one... I think the anatomy of the glass (that's a rather funny conception to think about, hehe) needs a bit work... as in, it could be more symmetrical or so. The, er, foot of the glass could be longer and the bottom a bit wider, too... but I'm not very familiar with different glasses. Maybe for real life objects it could be useful to observe some references, or so? The background could be more detailed... but as it is now, it brings forth the glass, so I guess that effect was to be achieved, yes? My favorite thing in it are the colors. They're vivid and there are reflections and shadows too.

I love the loose stokes and dramatic color of this interesting piece. Your choice of color brings the viewer into the painting and keeps you there...Melissa Rinaldi 07 Aug 2004
