Shush ("bear" in Apache and Navajo) is a 4 month old wolf cub here and was all ears. He did eventually grow into them however!! He was a very sweet tempered and loyal animal that breaks every opinion of what a "wolf" is. Children could ride on his back and the cat slept with him. He was mine and I miss him so much. Someday when I get my land ready...I intend to raise wolves. If you have never been around a wolf....let me tell you...they are smart, loyal, clean (no fleas) and full of surprizes to keep you laughing. They are however a one person animal...and will protect you ferociously. Wonderful animals...but get one young so it can form a strong bond with you. I got Shush at 3 weeks of age because his mother got killed and he took to food and milk like a champ...no bottle feeding here.
