This is Jack. He is 20 yrs old and his owner had to move out of assisted living into a home that would not allow Jack. Jack was given to Friends of Felines Rescue Center to care for him the rest of his days. A friend of this rescue center commissioned me to draw Jack to hang on his owners wall, so that she could see him every day. The unique thing about it is... The person that commissioned the portrait of Jack, lives in the UK. He heard her story and wanted her to have a full color portrait of him so she could see him every day.
