The lips seem to be positioned wrong...though I can't really put my finger on it. I like the hair.

the shadow on the rlower lip is too strong and dark. which makes the mouth a center of interest whereas it's better to emphasize the eyes... and work on the background to make the portrait live... not hang on the white wall
